We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Yuncheng City.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court of competent jurisdiction in Yuncheng City.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yichu Power regarding the use of the services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the services.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
